Van der Laan and the Bossche School
Lecture by Dick Pouderoyen in Venray on January 21st, 2013The title of the recently published interesting guide “Gebouwen van het Plastische Getal” (Buildings of the Plastic Number) by Hilde de Haan and Ids Haagsma gives the impression that buildings to which the Plastic Number (PN) has been applied can be easily recognized. However, only a trained eye will be able to recognize – to a greater or lesser extent – the use of the PN in these or other design styles. How can one recognize the style of the Bossche School?
